Middle Grade Books

The Dragon's Tooth"-This book was written
by N.D Wilson and published by Random House Children Books 2011, a division of Random House, Inc. A strange man visits the main characters: Cyrus, Antigone and Denial Smith, living in the Archer Motel, their world turns upside down. Their Hotel burns down, and the kids find out about a secret society, and the important role they will play in keeping it alive. The book takes us on a visual journey through a world where vivid descriptions and adventure meet. Mr. Wilson's words paint a lucid picture of his world and characters while adding the right sprinkle of action. The book is a page-turner that middle grader will really get into. If your child loves great characters, fantastic worlds, mystery and action this book is for them.

"Infinity Ring, a Mutiny in Time. Book 1"- This book was written by James Dashner and published by Scholastic Inc. 2012. Imagine a world where history has been changed and the future of it depends on two geeky kids. Our main characters are 11 year olds Dak and Sera. They see their world, change after they perfect a time travel device. They learn about two top secret societies: SQ and The Hystorians that have been fighting for centuries over control of humanity. The two friends fight the evil society SQ by going back in time and fixing breaks in history with the help of The Hystorians. In this book, the children assist Columbus in surviving a Mutiny at sea. The story is full of humor, fantasy, history and puzzles which work together to create a living world. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

"Infinity Ring, Divide and Conquer, Book 2"- This book was written by Carrie Ryan and published by Scholastic Inc. 2012. This imaginative world is revisited by a new author that connects both books closely together. Our main characters have a mission to travel back in time and stop war between Vikings and French leaders. Their first attempt to change history fails, and they find themselves in the mist battle. A bit later, under different circumcises the children finally succeed in fixing the break. They bring peace to both sides. The Characters and story jump off the page. The story is a wonderful combination of everything children will like.

Thank you very much everyone and I hope you find these Middle Grade Books fun reads for your children. I will see you in the next update.
